We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location, which was close to the city center and transport options like the tube and bus/train station. We enjoyed having breakfast every day, which included fresh fruit and good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

Wi-fi service. Am certain I was hacked while here because 24 hrs later (in Fortaleza), next time I used email, a whole range of my email addresses had been sent spam . . . including leads to Brazilian sites

The hotel is close to Bar Brahma and Casa da Mortadela, where they have great sandwiches.

The hotel is located two blocks from the biggest crackspot in South America, "Cracolândia".

The hotel is conveniently located near to Praça da República. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The stuff is friendly and always trying to help but not very knowledgable. I would stay there once again.

its really a good hotel for a independent business people, where they run thier own business, cannot afford to stay in marriot, sheraton, etc. the staff are really superb and every body. internet is good and any problem, they will attend immdly located close to Republica metro station and we can go any where easily. the only issue is about the good restaurant, but finally i found one in the corner but for business, quick move, with good connectivity, i suggest, this hotel is the best. The hotel's location is fantastic, just steps away from the metro station, bus, and train station, which made it easy to get around. it was located near Centro, and the surrounding area was bustling with great restaurants. the room and bathroom were immaculate, with clean towels and new linens. the friendly staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities.

There was some outside noise that could be heard in the hotel, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities including a mini-fridge and a good shower. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of some great dining options. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.

The hotel's location was not the best, and I did not feel completely safe walking around the area at night.

Most of the staff very friendly, pretty quiet hotel although in busy centro, decent bathroom, good water pressure in shower, good mini fridge, clean.

no reading lights near bed, just ceiling lights. No mirror in main room, only in bathroom, really small, narrow single beds with cheap mattresses. Air conditioning loud and does not really blast cold air.

The size of the room, the location, bathrooms, and overall comfurt was good

Paying for parking was my only dislike, but the parking facilities werwe excelent

Loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the metro station and easy to access all the main attractions. The unbeatable price of the hotel, along with the friendly and very helpful staff made our stay here very pleasant. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

That the noise from the street early in the morning could be bothersome. we would have appreciated access to an adaptor or charger for our electronics as we couldn't use the available connections in the room.

Very friendly helpful staff, both at check-in/out and in the evening. Generous late check-out, without discussion. Spacious room with excellent shower. Location 5 minutes' walk from airport bus stop and from metro (easy access to Paulista and to sé).

Rather run-down area. No safe in the room. Scanty breakfast.

Good morning, I did not enjoy my stay, no one could speak the language that is English and you have to cater for foreign visitors I think its important, and our flights arrive very late and you should have a pick up shuttle and when I sent an email for pick up you said you do not have such a service, your staff as well cannot speak english atleast there should be someone to assist.
